Most are pre-owned.
We do not sell airtime. All of our cell phones are un-activated.
Our used cell phones have been completely tested, but may have some wear marks or other cosmetic imperfections. It will come with a battery and a wall charger.
A cell phone may be locked to a specific carrier. Cell phones sold in a specific carrier category may only work with that carrier.
